Our Work
KitBash is more than robots, we also provide full art direction and set building services. Elements of set construction can be made easier with a CNC router and a laser cutter can quickly embellish a design with a motif.
If you want help figuring out how CNC processes could make your build easier, or maybe accentuate elements of your designs, drop us an email.
Zoo Gates
3D printed miniatures of the prop gate used in the indie-feature “Zoo”. Commissioned as a gift for a handful of early investors. Plaques were laser cut and etched in birch ply.
Presidential Seal
Commissioned for Derry Girls S02E06. 3D print of the American Presidential seal.

Toy Chest
Private commission of a barrel top toy chest. CNC routered patterns and Phoenix crest accent the fully CNC’d chest. Painted in contrasting white and gold.
Donegal Crest
Commissioned for RTE show “Ace this space”. Part of a series of graphic designs produced for the makeover show. Constructed with 3 layers of CNC routered MDF panels.
Boat Wreck
Commissioned for the Royal Opera House’s play, Aisha & Abhaya. KitBash provided art direction for the video elements. The boat frame and figurehead were CNC routered. The frame’s ribs were cut with jigsaw-like keys and laminated together to acheive the full diameter required for the prop.
Magic Escape Room
As part of a full interior install by KitBash, the archways and curved walls of this room used CNC routered frames. The frames were created in 75cm pieces and jigsawed together, then faced with a thin ply and vacuum formed cladding. Other items like the fireplace and alcove where designed in Fusion 360 and CNC routered.
